Welcome to DeepVein. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our mining adventure game, website, and related services. By creating an account or playing DeepVein, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Please read these terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use DeepVein.

Account Registration and Use

To play DeepVein, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction.

You agree to use DeepVein only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use our services to harass others, distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the game experience for other players.

Game Content and Virtual Items

DeepVein contains virtual items, resources, equipment, and progression systems that you may acquire through gameplay. These virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items of monetary value outside the game. All virtual items remain the property of DeepVein.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove game content, features, and virtual items at any time without prior notice. We may also reset, adjust, or rebalance game mechanics to maintain fair play and improve the gaming experience. No refunds or compensation will be provided for changes to game content.

User Conduct and Community Guidelines

DeepVein maintains a community of players who share a passion for mining adventure games. We expect all players to treat each other with respect and courtesy. Harassment, hate speech, threats, bullying, or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension or termination.

You may not use cheats, exploits, bots, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in the game. Any attempt to manipulate game systems, duplicate items, or exploit bugs must be reported to our support team immediately. Failure to comply may result in permanent account termination.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content in DeepVein, including but not limited to graphics, text, software, music, sound effects, characters, storylines, and game mechanics, is owned by DeepVein or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without express written permission.

You retain ownership of any original content you create and share within the game's designated user-generated content features. By submitting content to DeepVein, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content in connection with operating and promoting the game.

Limitation of Liability and Termination

DeepVein is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to DeepVein at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services immediately ceases, and we may delete your account data. These terms remain in effect even after termination where applicable.
